Happily, I was off track for half a week and ate all KINDS of delicious naughties and was quite lazy, but I am back on track. Surprisingly enough, on the scale this morning I recorded a small weight loss since last week, so that keeps me motivated.
Food Diary and FitBit for the last few days look like this:
- Monday 1,530 calories and 8,360 steps
- Tuesday 1,498 calories and 10,105 steps
- Wednesday 1,783 calories and 6,964 steps
Also just for a fun peek, I have started making some granny squares in very bright colours indeed.
